Back from the ..something. Had one week off because of sickness and too much overtime. Probably related? Still too much work but been able to get the regular sessions. Nothing new really on that front. Not pleased with 140kg squatting so sticking to it for now. Slight progress on benching with the more wider grip. Back on deadlifting without straps and actually some progress on the pullups. Couple of more weeks and then my gym will be closed for whole xmas again.

straps for deads? get the grip strength worked on bud.
PB's as of 2010: Deads 220kg, Squat 200kg(190 currently) , Bench 115kg,
2012 Targets: Deads 250kg, Squats 230kg, Bench 130kg.
