Though I'd do a rather short lived diet and training journel now that it's half term and I have time. I'm going to try and do six weeks full on bodybuilding, but keep in mind, I am only 7.10 stone, 5"8 and 16 yealrs old, so i wont be lifting much or taking any supps other than CEE proabably.
I'm going to start tommorrow and do a six day upper body Blitz hopefully. If i can i will put up before and after pictures.

I'd agree with Dope unless you are able to get all your protein requirements from whole foods.

What sort of program are you going to do?

I'd take McDonalds over CEE at that weight...

Really though masses of food is going to be your solution. I have trained a few men who were 9-10stone and food is the only solution.

Hit the gym hard but hit the kitchen harder

Be a lazy fat dude, it will benefit you. Also do not train your upper body 6 times a week...

well, martin and morg, taken ur advice and to my extreme surprise, eating past ur comfort zone seems to wrk very well, even though i havent been training as much, and been eating lots more. i have noticed immense strength gains and i am now nearly 7.12 which for me is a very good achievement as its very hard for me to change weight at all.
    ill keep the diet up,thanks

    my goal is 8.0 stone
