Hmm. Now that sounds like a plan Greg, THANK YOU! I will soon be coming up to changing my exercise pattern so I will talk to Stan and mention those two to work on the rear delts. Might have to be rear DB raises as not sure how the nerve in my elbow would cope with the reverse cable crossover...but will give both a go!

    You're a star!!!!

    WEDNESDAY 7 JANUARY 2009

Today has been the day from hell. Seriously. I'm fed up with people taking the piss out of me and treating me like crap because I try and help and take care of my friends when I can. I bend over backwards for people and it hurts when someone you thought was a friend throws it back (nastily) in your face when it should be themselves they are looking at.

Just as well I don't do MMA or anything like that. Think I would have killed someone.

    ANYHOOOOOO......

Enough of that. It helped produce a fantastic work out! That combined with Taurine and I was kicking butt!!!! I would rather not have days like this but at least something positive has come out of it....

I am in love with squats though I know I've said it on there but DAMN they are sexy, hot exercises!!!!! They make me feel strong and not like a wimpy girly. Feel like I can respect myself for them. I want MORE of them!!!!

EDIT - I've also dropped one of the painkillers for the nerve pain in my left arm!!!! Not taken my second daily dose for about 5 days now and the pain is fine, nothing I can't handle!!! This is truly a big deal for me seeing as this injury is 21 years old this year, and the tablets I have been taking for 8 years!

Thanks Dope. I didn't think it would because it really does take a lot of anything to make a difference to me (they had to up my anaesthetic on my operations for example) but this really does seem to have made a difference. Weird.

I do struggle with my sleep big time so if it helps with that then fantastic!!

Well, everything in the description written by MP basically! That's a pretty good guide.

But on a personal level, it really did help me focus for the workout. It was actually quite a bizarre feeling...my thoughts are usually racing, I find it very hard to switch off at any time. Given the hellish day I couldn't believe it. I was able to retain clarity about what was happening and not panic or get anxious, and for the work out I was able to concentrate fully on each rep. It's like getting into a "zone" but it goes beyond that. Hard to describe really, except to say I am going to be buying a BIIIIIIIIG tub today!!!

Sleep wise. I still woke up through the night (always have so not surprised there) but even though the amount I got is the same as I usually do (not enough) the quality was undoubtedly better. I actually feel awake this morning which is not usual for me!!!

Overall, for me, I would say for Taurine!!
