Yup yup! just been taking it easy lately, mainly maintenance.
have done 12 weeks of stronglifts 5x5, missed a few sessions but have seen some really nice gains.
Tis tough finding time to log here. I'll get back into it proper soon I think.
I have just switched up me routine so I will put it up here asap.
