Ok so the year is nearly over but, I'd like to use this as a journey so far.

Dec 2007 I'd recently got married, and due to laziness, sholder injury and a great passion for food. I was weighing in at 82kg (have never been heavier, ever) and a very evil 28.5% body fat (i'm only 5ft 8)

Me back in Dec 2007 (I was still a happy chap)

    (I'll post a pic after I've made 15 posts)

So a year on and plenty of freestyle wrestling, and BJJ on I'm weighting in at around 72.5kg and 19% BF Would like to get to under 70kg, and under 10% BF.

Don't have a recent picture, but should take one before my weigh in on my next comp (7/12/08)

A little competition goes a long way.

^^^^ that's what I did to cut the water, and rehydrate. Workered very well for me.

And here is How I did,

2 wins (both via triangle), and two loses via points.

1st match - I'm the guy at the back

Oooh, wow!!!! You look absolutely amazing!!!!!! WELL DONE!!!!

Definitely leaner, and the muscle tone is fabulous.
Fat is my enemy, not muscle or fitness. I refuse to accept today's projection of femininity being stick thin and obsessed with make up and fashion.
