    also tweaked my right hamstring doing deadlifts. pretty bummed about it as all the old injuries are resurfacing due to the imbalance- right lower back aching now, tight calves, knee is feeling funky from the torn lcl last year and cant see my injury guy until next week.

    thursdays session looks likely going to be dips and kroc rows. dropping fronts and ghr. gonna see how smr and med oils work tonight.

    been too lazy to log my training online. might do a mega catch up this weekend. in brief, still plodding on with 531, tweaked lower back a few weeks back. was pretty bummed.

    recovered about 70% with rest. saw my mate who works in the feldenkrais method and did a session with him to see what it was about as on the videos on youtube it looks pretty boring and done by old people. in short, it was amazng! the session was really relaxed and he did all the work. small, gentle movements of my limbs and joints and it was the opposite of what you'd get from a physio or chiropractor.

    i noticed a remarkable improvement in my posture and my gait was a lot smoother. felt like i was walking on air! went gym yesterday, first workout after the feldenkrais sessions and my lifts were sooo smooth. it was like a huge burden had been lifted and all the tension that was held in my muscles from awkward positions had gone. still not deadlifting as it's only 4 weeks till the body power comp. the injury is soft tissue, so didn't want to make it worse.

    push pressing felt easy and moreso that i did it from a power clean. 90kg power cleaned then push pressed x 5 with no problems.

    did high rep kettlebell swings instead of deads. 24kg x 100.
