quick question bud if you don't mind. You know how you got me working my deads and bench in waves a while back, I'm planning on going back to the waves in a few weeks as they worked a treat, however, how would I look to work squats in with them? Obviously they'd be on the deads days or would the deads days become 'lower' days as very similar muscles are used to do both.
    PB's as of 2010: Deads 220kg, Squat 200kg(190 currently) , Bench 115kg,
    2012 Targets: Deads 250kg, Squats 230kg, Bench 130kg.
Do you want a 5% discount on your order? If so use MP42387.
