Well it's taking a bit of wearing in this new squat suit but the 365kg at the end was pretty sweet. One more week of squats where I'll find out what I need to get good depth for my openers and then we're ready

Lol dude. I should get 365 on the day if all goes to plan I'm hoping I can get deep without too much problem with around 325 but we shall find out next week....

P.S Sean got a nice 305 with reverse pinks so I'm confident he'll get 300 on the day

    Shirt on:
    180kg x 0 lol
    200kg x 1 (1.5 Board)
    210kg x 1 (0.5 Board)
    220kg x 1 (0.5 Board)
    230kg x 1 (0.5 Board) hard but just got it I think....

    DB Press
    70kg x 6

    Tricep Pushdowns
    3p + Dble Blue band x 7
    5p + Dble Blue band x 5
    8p + Dble Blue band x 3

    Face Pulls
    2 sets of a few

Well benching felt tough today, awkward to get down that low with it. Ben S thought I was going too light so went for 230kg last rep. It came up but possibly got a slight touch from centre spotter. Not sure on it really. I may just go for it in the comp though

This was also the final all out workout! Just working at around 85% next Friday and Monday as part of the deload phase so all the work is pretty much done now
