    Pete couldn't do it with a 48kg bell. In fact, if he thinks he can I shall witness it and he can do it on Friday as his heavy assistance work after squats.

    That 48 is crazy! 3 sets of 15 swings was tough, and I've done 1x100 with the 24kg bell. I could do with doing more for all round fitness, but I struggle to find the time as I train in my dinner hour. I should start doing stuff at home at weekend but I'm always busy. Hopefully I'll start to make time for it though.

    3 x 5 Hanging Leg Raise with Pike

    16kg KB 1 Arm swings x 10 every minute for 5 mins

    Repeat other arm

    3 x 10 16kg KB Snatches

    2 x 10 45 Degree Back Raises

    5 mins Foam Roller work on glutes, hams and quads

    5 mins X-Trainer lvl 8

    Total time just over 30 minutes

    Sure did matey. Just got back for my lunch now. The finger is a bit of a pain, couldn't use it for grip on anything so I shall have to see how it goes "proper training" tomorrow.

    Good news though the hooks have arrived in time for squats on Friday!
