Turtle another way to stop elbow pain when benching is to make sure the bar, wrist, and elbow are perfectly in line when benching - i.e dont let the wrist roll back! When you are benching this much, you have to make sure every little technique error is ironed-out.
I have to admit, my deadlift didnt go to great during my Skills Evaluation, but i think i estimated my 1RM too high because i was prev. doing Westside, where i hardly ever did a standard deadlift

OK, my final week before maxing out on all 3 lifts next Monday. Very low volume and intensity - just keeping the movements ticking over and allowing supercompensation to kick in.
The max out session is meant to be on Saturday, but there is a weightlifting comp at my gym then so its off limits to me that day.
I'm quite underweight at the mo - 73.4kg, but for the first time in ages i can nearly see my abs, so alot of it must have been fat. I think its due to the stress of moving, dealing with numpty builders, energy suppliers, council members, etc, as well as adapting to the Sheiko approach itself. Will try and get more grub in this weekend.
TUESDAY
1 Bench press 1x3@50% (55kg)
2x3@60% (67.5kg)
2x2@70% (77.5kg)
4x1@75% (82.5kg)
2 Sumo Deadlift 1x3@50% (100kg)
2x2@60% (120kg)
4x2@70% (140kg)
Added a few easy controlled DB rows in at the end (27.5kg x 10, x2; 32.5kg x10), and some hanging leg raises (2x10), because i had time to kill.

Lol. I aint exactly 'big man' dude - i'm only 73.5kg, but i'm gradually regaining some muscle with some dietary changes and DHEA supplementation.
I had to practically stop for a month or so because my adrenals were close to shutting down (based on my test results). I was quite disillusioned with my loss of strength, lean mass, and mental fortitude a few months back, due to the aftermatch of the epididymo-orchitis i had, and the stress just did me in a bit.
Thanks to the efforts of Eric Talmant and Dave Bates, i'm back on the road to recovery and doing a reduced volume Sheiko program 3x a week which i am finding much better to recover from.
Thanks for asking.
Once my lifts have gotten to a respectable level again, i will start posting my log once more.

Your 'big man' because of that big back in your avatar
Don't worry I had something like epididymo-orchitis many years ago. The doc thought it was something to do with me not emptying my bladder when I needed to i.e. waking up and needing the toilet and then sleeping it off a for a few hours lol
Good luck with the training!
