    Hello, been a while. Couldn't get my ancient profile to work so I'm now ianlenin1.

    Anyway, after many years and too many injuries I'm determined to get back in shape. Been doing bits and pieces for a few months and still finding my levels and what my now 40 year old body will now allow. I suppose I'll work on more structure as I go along.

    A group of people left all at once, including some old faces, around that time there was unrest with the some of moderating team, let's say, the more 'extreme-view' admin(s), shame as it seemed to me people were picking a fight with them rather than them going rogue - lots of members were banned and another certain old moderator started deleting posts of said others in the moderating team - in the end MP had a vote and people, in general, voted out some of the old faces - MP also stopped promoting and linking too the forums on the site (Oli was no longer part of day to day running of the business, only sitting on the board), people left for more active forums I guess.

    I was out for a bit but have returned along with a handful of older faces, things are slowly ramping up again, although there tends to be the majority of chat in peoples logs, although we are getting new members too (from somewhere, wish I could view the analytics for incoming traffic sources really!), plus I am trying to bring in a lot of my past and present coaching clients as this is a goldmine of information to search through if you have a query plus a safe haven without insane or psychotic members, haha.
