    This thread is closed to posting to keep it tidy, so i can use it for reference easier.

    I've been keeping my training and eating data in a diary book since new years day (not a resolution just cos thats the day it started on, i've been a good boy over christmas).

    At the start of 2009 i was 5' 11", 194lbs, 15% bodyfat mabye.

    Goals: Health, strength, speed, power to weight ratio & aesthetics.
    By 2010 i would like to be over 200lbs, sub 10% BF, extremely fit and strong, i'm more worried about being fit and strong than looking good.

    Type of training: Various outdoor activities, weights, sprinting.

    Type of diet: Nothing extreme, nourishing natural food, quality not quantity, my silly days are over.

    The first week is not 'to normal standard' due to new year, family being down, diet is substandard and a lack of training, in the past week (as of 16th jan) it has reached correct standard, today, the 16th is the 1st 'proper day' back since last year.

    -250g lamb, potato, carrot and onion stew.
    -Organic orange
    -Half herring rollmop
    -10 hazlenut
    -10 almond
    -50g pesto (100% EVO, pine nut stuff)
    -50g organic humous
    -Bitburger alcohol free beer
    -200g venison, 300g alaskan salmon, 200g organic red cabbage, 250g organic potatoes, 50g prawns in chilli sauce (big family meal i cooked)
    -Glug cod liver oil
    -Glass red wine
    -250mg slow release vit C, 15mg zinc gluconate, 500mg Mg orotate.


    TRAINING

    -50g walnuts and hazlenuts
    -Organic orange.
    -1 rollmop, 25g organic olive.
    -50g honey mustard pork
    -50g mixed nuts
    -30g chorizo
    -1 small glass mulled wine.
    -250g beef casserole with dumplings, 250g white bread.
    -8 squares plain choc.
    -1 duvel beer

    -3 welsh cakes
    -Bitburger non alcohol beer.
    -400g organic brown bread
    -2kg Beef and vegetable stew (mostly vegetable, leeks, onions, swede)
    -2 bottles of ale, shot whisky.

    TRAINING
    Very heavy physical work in a forest.
    About 5 miles walking with 60lb pack, moving about 1/2 ton of logs by hand.

    -3 iced buns (honestly!)
    -3 bread rolls
    -400g wholemeal bread
    -6 sausages
    -2kg venison, onion and butternut squash (mostly onion)
    -Small bar of white chocolate.
    -2 beers
    -30g kabanosi
    -1 shot of amaretto.

    TRAINING
    Very heavy physical work again after sleeping out in forest again (temperature was below 0 all the time)
