    I am 21 years old, 5ft 6in and 128lb.

I plan to build muscles, hopefully gain about one and half stone.

I decided to do stronglifts 5x5, intense and simple to use. Before I did different routines, all those were isolation routines. Which is bad idea for myself, and I am better off with the compound routine, especially the 5x5

Ill post photos of myself what I look like, and Ill keep upload to show the changes, like 'before and after' photos

    Wish me luck ha

    SQUAT : 5x5 @ 20 Kg
    Bench Press : 5x5 @ 20 Kg
    Inverted Row : 3 x (15, 15, 15)
    Push-Ups : 3 x (25, 25, 19)
    Reverse Crunch : 3 x 12

Was quite easy, except with the squats. I guess it is because I used the smith machine before, I was shocked with the weight on free bar alone.

Ah, by the way I do light aerobic on Tuesday and Thursday, and the aerobic is swimming. I find it useful, combining with the stronglifts 5x5!

    SQUAT : 5x5 @ 22.5 Kg
    Overhead Press : 5x5 @ 20 Kg
    Deadlift : 1 x 5 @ 40 Kg
    Pull-Ups : 3 x (3, 3, 3)
    Prone Bridges : 3 x 30 Sec

Was good today, enjoyed the squats, its fun! But with the pull ups, I pulled 3 times - its bloody hard! Hopefully, I'll improve next time.

Yum, had my Nandos chicken - heavenlyyyyy!
