SQUAT : 5x5 @ 20 Kg
Bench Press : 5x5 @ 20 Kg
Inverted Row : 3 x (15, 15, 15)
Push-Ups : 3 x (25, 25, 19)
Reverse Crunch : 3 x 12
Was quite easy, except with the squats. I guess it is because I used the smith machine before, I was shocked with the weight on free bar alone.![]()
