    Leg programme this morning. Much the same, just an increase in stiff leg deadlifts. Almost had an epic fail trying to get the 30k barbell back on the rack - so I think 30k will do until my arms get stronger


    Managed to lose another 1lb this last week, again, not much. I'm shaving more calories off for this week, since I seem to averaging at least 2000kcal, that may be why I'm not going anywhere fast.

    Sorry to hear about the shoulder. I wouldn't know what to do with myself if I had an injury like that!

    I can deadlift more than the 30k. At home, 50k is easy enough. It's just the forearms as you said, they give out long before the rest of the body does. And then I'm risking not being able to get the barbell back on the rack
