Incl. DB Press: 40kg x 3 (1 set, 2nd set i couldn't do 2nd rep, so dropped to 37.5kg, then final set did 40kg again, wierd middle set lol)
T-Bar Rows: 82.5kg x 3 (3 sets)
Upright Rows: 65kg x 3 (3 sets)
(i actually did 5 reps on the last sets of T-bar/Upright Rows...but SHHHH)

btw my mate pointed out my t-bar row might actually be more, as i don't take into account the bar/handle i use, but i have always just used the weight attached on the bar, so in reality it might be 82.5 + 10-12.5kg (bar + handle?)![]()
