@...anabolic, I thought that at first till I went heavy on them, also I find concentrating on pulling mysefl back up with my hammies works tonns too, not just going thru the movement, really visulise them pulling your back straight. Can hardlys walk the next day lol

haha like dave said below, they find spots all round the gym, its madness, one guy was doing tricep kickbacks by bending over (no lie) 10degree's, so more or less straight, and it was more a bicep curl, i nearly cried in tears!

no not a PB i got to 120kg x 2 as an all time PB, i would love to get to 1.5xBW (one my goals)
and 3xBW on leg press (i wasn't far off this when i was at cov, before a log, i think it was 252kg @ 87kg)

but when you got 20's on, it's more or less on the floor lol (that's why some people get raised platforms)
