    Sorry i Havn't been on the Forum much! ive been soo busy with Training, College work and other things ect...

    But i never stopped Training! some of you may remember me from My Introduction Post. Well its been Exactly 4 months from when i wrote that!
    Since then i've been Eating and Training Hard! Along the way i've made some amazing friends and met amazing people! Including Dr David Parry! A 20 Stone Man mountain! who has helped me Hugely.

    Ill post a quick before and after picture...

    4 Months ago.. Weight 70kg



    March 15..



    Present.. Weight 80kg



    Routine 4 days a week:
    Wed - Back bi's
    Thurs - Shoulders tri's
    Sat - Legs nd deadlifts
    Sun - Chest nd Arms


    Current Lifts:
    145 kg DeadLift
    105 kg Squat
    85 kg Bench Press

    Supplements:
    Creatine
    Whey
    Powdered Oats
    Glutamine

    (Just got some BCAA and HMB to try)

    lol im gonna cut a little bit before i got reading festival im not that fat i promise hahar! xxx
