But i never stopped Training! some of you may remember me from My Introduction Post. Well its been Exactly 4 months from when i wrote that!
Since then i've been Eating and Training Hard! Along the way i've made some amazing friends and met amazing people! Including Dr David Parry! A 20 Stone Man mountain! who has helped me Hugely.

Routine 4 days a week:
Wed - Back bi's
Thurs - Shoulders tri's
Sat - Legs nd deadlifts
Sun - Chest nd Arms
Current Lifts:
145 kg DeadLift
105 kg Squat
85 kg Bench Press
Supplements:
Creatine
Whey
Powdered Oats
Glutamine
(Just got some BCAA and HMB to try)
