    Did 2 warmup sets of fronts then just moved to back squats, my wrists really cant take the strain )=

    Great PB on deads though am well chuffed (=
    PB on Power Cleans and PB on INC DB Bench =D

    Workout A:

    Squats -
    1x10 -Bar
    1x7 -40Kg
    1x5 -60Kg
    1x5 -80Kg
    1x3 -100Kg
    5x5 -115Kg (+)
    Deadlift -
    1x7 - 60Kg
    1x5 - 80Kg
    1x3 - 100Kg
    1x5 - 120Kg
    1x3 - 130Kg (PB + YEOOOOOO)
    Incline DB Bench Press (Poundage per DB quoted) -
    1x10 - 10Kg
    1x7 - 17.5Kg
    5x5 - 22.5Kg (PB +)
    DB Rows (Each arm) -
    3xF - 22.5Kg (+)
    Power Clean and Push Press -
    1x5 - 20Kg
    1x5 - 40Kg
    2x5 - 50Kg (PB +)

    Keep your elbows as high as you can. You'll find the sweet spot for bar placement as you have done for backs soon.
