    I just looked at that diet you posted up, do you always eat that much cheese? Seems like alot of saturated fat and whatnot :/

    And yes Felo it is basically all saturated fats but they arent bad as long as they are not ppart of a high sugar/insulin inducing diet

    Ah I see, so if you're low carbing then they're not bad like the media portrays, that's only when eating lots of processed foods and with high carbs that they are bad then? Interesting articles LH thank you

    Nice enough sesh today, at home for the weekend so back in the conservatory for it =P
    Bloody warm >.<
    Got those squats up to 107.5Kg again so chuffed with that (=
    Might hit 110Kg by the time im back in the uni gym on tuesday

    Workout 1
    Squats
    1x10 - Bar
    1x5 - 35Kg
    1x3 - 55Kg
    1x1 - 75Kg
    1x1 - 95Kg
    5x5 - 107.5Kg (gettin' better)
    Overhead Press
    1x10 - Bar
    5x5 - 32.5Kg (Tough but i might risk 35Kg at uni)
    Deadlift
    1x3- 115Kg (Really fast, felt good, straight up then dropped )
    Pull-Ups
    3xF - (10)(10)(10)
    Plank
    3xF - (1min-R)(1min-C)(1min-L) (Feet on 1ft step)

    Feeling better as i didnt eat quite so much sh*t towards the end of the week =P
    Too many MPMax Bars instead of meals coupled with; brownies, caramel squares, ben and jerrys, cookies and rice pudding basically everything (=
    Planning on fixing the diet next week (=

    EDIT:
    @Felo - Yeah man i think RB wrote a few things on this before, to do with saturated fat and insulin secreting foods in combination?

    2xBW Dead for 1x5 or even 2.5xBW Deal for 1x1

    Gonna put in an order for some Vit-C and Glutamine for my dad but he said best get the order up to 26Kgs to make the most of postage =P
    So im thinking Liquid Chalk as well I need another bag or two of whey anyone else got any good aminos to order?

    Already bought 2Kgs of B-Alanine and 1Kg Taurine,
    Might get 1Kg Taurine actually though, iv got about 3/400g left
    Is Pulse any good?
    Iv been having a gander at C-Malate, has anyone had experience with this?
