ahh right, yeah it is a fair old trek. I'm a doll cheating UWE scum bag so i drive past it everyday on the way into uni, quite convenient. Bristol uni gym sounds terrible, uwe gym isn't so bad if you can put up with the posers some pretty damn strong people train there.

Looking to start a new routine asap, hence testing my SQ 1RM. Have been looking into Smolov, Sheiko and Kortes. Thinking i'm gonna try Kortes probably, saves losing progress on deads. Would love to try Westside but is too complicated for me atm.
