Lunges 20x8, 40x8, 60x8, 70x8, 80x5 - Trying these on my light squat day for a few weeks, just as i've been getting pain in my left hip flexor when squatting for a long time and i think unilateral work might help!
DB BP 20x10, 30x6, 42.5x6x7, 32.5x6
DL 60x5, 110x5, 130x3, 150x3, 170x3, 130x3 - Think i need to work harder to keep my shoulders back
Dips x10, 10kgx7 x5 x5 - Rushing

SQ 20x10, 40x5, 60x5, 80x4, 100x5, 120x5, 140x5 - Really happy with this, upped my last warmup and hit effectively a PB (was belted wide stance before, now unbelted narrower with oly shoes)
Press 20x8, 30x5, 40x5, 55x6 70x4 - Next time, back is feeling stronger than in the past
BOR 60x5, 70x5, 80x5, 97.5x5 - Got a better increase in speed toward the chest that i have been
Pullups x6 x4 x2- 12 total up from 8 last week
Chins x3 x2 +lower
Situps on dec bench x10, 15kgx12, 20x12x12 - Tried using dec bench, is really good and sturdy, will be using from now on.
About to head for another session. Smashed my squat and pullup goals and met my dip goal so will be rethinking later![]()

Targets for 4 weeks time (by 17th March):
SQ 145x5
Press 72.5x5
DL 175x3
Dips 20kg for 3x5-8
Pullups 20 reps across 3 sets
Edit: Yeah I'll have to see what happens in a couple of months when i've got my finals, but i'm going to try and keep hitting at least 1 session a week.

SQ 20x15, 40x10, 60x6, 80x5, 100x5, 120x5, 142.5x5 - Last 2 reps were a little dodgy but more slow than anything
Press 20x10, 30x6, 40x6, 55x5, 70x5 PB! - Wooooooooo, been so long coming, last rep was long and grueling but i bloody got it
BOR 60x5, 70x5, 80x5, 90x5, 100x3 - Introduced an extra set, managing to get the reps properly speeding toward my chest
Pullups x6 x3 x3+Lower x1 -No more reps than last time but my form is feeling much more solid, really getting over the bar
Chins x2
Situps (on floor) x10, 25kg x12 x9 x7 - Dec bench was being used
Still only managing 2 sessions a week, but i'm hitting pb's and staying sore so I guess its ok for now.
