Hey guys,
I thought I might as well start a log since I am on here all the time lol
Quick bio:
I first got into training when I was 7 after watching Jackie Chan movies lol I did Taekwon Do for a few years and I got up to Blue Belt and stopped. I stopped training in martial arts for a while.
As a teen I was a huge fan of Bruce Lee and I started doing Kung Fu for which I carried on doing for a few years before I started uni. For my 14th birthday my aunt got me this book 'The Art of Expressing the Human Body' -Bruce Lee and John R. Little. This was a collection of Bruce Lees old notes on training and this is how I started lifting weights.
At the moment I train for fun and so I can take care of myself incase I ever need to and to look decent on the beach, sad I know lol
Current lifts @ 75kg bodyweight
Bench- 120kg 1 rep
Deadlift - 160kg 1 rep
Squat - 125kg 3 reps
Close grip pull up - 55Kg 1 rep
Push press - 82.5kg 1 rep
Tricep Dips - 43kg 8 reps
Hang Power Clean – 72.5kg 1rep
My routine is 3 days a week.
I have exams soon so I will be doing a reduced workout routine of mine for 4 weeks before adding back my other exercises. Sticking mostly to compound lifts and the occasional isolation work.
I would really appreciate your comments.

Funny thing about the gym I go to is there are no weight plates in the room the dipping bars are in. So when I did 43kg I had 2x10kg, 2x9kg and 1x5kg dumbell all balanced on top of each other on my dipping belt lol It pretty funny!

yeah its great when you get people to compete with, my mates are kinda newbie's to training, so i got no one really to faff round with! next year i'm joining uni gym, so should be fun!

that medic was counting my plates when i was doing rack pulls in socks (that day you told me too). i was only doing 160kg lol the guy is so annoying. i forgot to say the other day he was cleaning 40kg (bearing in mind he tells people he can clean 120kg) for 12 reps and then he would literally throw the barbell on the floor making a loud crash and then he would look really proud!lol
lol, i clean more than that guy...from a deficit as well.
was planning on heading in for a session this evening, but was still pooped from this morning.
