    Front squats - 75*12, 77.5*8, 77.5*7
    Deadlifts - 140*7, 140*6, 140*4
    Hammie curls - 60*10, 60*7, 60*7
    Standing calf raises - stack+40*14, stack+40*12, stack+40*10

    Awesome session today. Fronts were a big improvement on last week and my form on deadlifts felt amazing. Deads must hammer my hamstrings cos I could do loads more reps on my other lower workout when I had done no deadlifts.

    Awesome improvement on the deads! Your last sesh deads were 135 or so for sets. Yeah your hamstrings get knackered after a heavy sesh of deads. Did you just stick 140 on and think lets rock?

    cheers mate. Yeah well last week I managed 135 for 10 so thought I would go for 140 this week. I thought my form was good last week but today was even better so I'm pleased about that. I think me having a wide waist and shoulders allows me to progress quite well on them

    135 for 10 is real stong so yeah 140 was a good shout! I am going to try 140 today but they have tiny 20 plates at my gym so I might struggle. Anyways keep it up mate!

    Cable curls - no.6*11, no.6*9 (good pump from these )

    Decent sesh mate!
    Don't worry your wide grip will catch up with your close grip! I still find my WG a bit weaker than my close grip (infact I think thats common with most people I train with).

    Dips look too easy for you, time for some weight

    I like finishing off tri's with the rope too!
