Lower A
Front squats - 75*12, 77.5*8, 77.5*7
Deadlifts - 140*7, 140*6, 140*4
Hammie curls - 60*10, 60*7, 60*7
Standing calf raises - stack+40*14, stack+40*12, stack+40*10
Awesome session today. Fronts were a big improvement on last week and my form on deadlifts felt amazing. Deads must hammer my hamstrings cos I could do loads more reps on my other lower workout when I had done no deadlifts.
cheers mate. Yeah well last week I managed 135 for 10 so thought I would go for 140 this week. I thought my form was good last week but today was even better so I'm pleased about that. I think me having a wide waist and shoulders allows me to progress quite well on them![]()
Whaddup, been on holiday for the last week if anyone was wondering about my absence (which of course you all were). Straight back to it anyway
Upper B
ATG squats - 90*11, 95*8, 95*6
Leg press - 4.5 plates*10, 4.5 plates*8
Hammie curls - 60*14, 60*10, 60*7
Standing calf raises - stack+40*12, stack+40*12, stack+40*11
Took it fairly easy today as was very tired since my flight got in late last night. Calves and hammies were rushed as gym was closing lol.
i missed ya babylol
nice 1st sesh back mate! woop!
I felt weak without you lol I did wonder where you were!! Did you go anywhere sunny so you could get your beach body out? lol
Still a decent sesh mate!! I thought your hammie curls were hammer curls and I thought wtf this guy is nuts lol Just figured out they were hamstring curls![]()
haha synergistic strength. Went to spain, was pretty good man, the body was on display indeed lol.
Upper A
Inc DB press - 30*11, 30*8, 30*7
WG Pullups - BW+5*7, BW+5*5.5, BW+5*4.5 (couldn't quite get final reps)
Dips - BW*10, BW*8

Arnold press - 20*9
Seated lateral raise - 10*10
Reverse fly machine - 62.1*8

Overhead rope extensions - no.5*12, no.5*9 (new fave tri exercise lol)
Not a bad session.
Decent sesh mate!
Don't worry your wide grip will catch up with your close grip! I still find my WG a bit weaker than my close grip (infact I think thats common with most people I train with).
Dips look too easy for you, time for some weight
I like finishing off tri's with the rope too!
