    I pulled my groin or something during the deadlifts so couldn't do any front squats. Was so damn cold in that gym just didn't get warmed up properly. Feels fine today though. Back to pressing next week fingers crossed.

    Hello people, it's been a while since I posted, been off with a shoulder injury and hence haven't been able to train at all. Well now it's time for my tentative return to the gym (fingers crossed). Had a physio earlier this week. Had a (painful) sports massage, and he suggested that my shoulder pain was most likely due to having a low bar position whilst squatting. This was making my shoulder rotate to an uncomfortable position. So I'm going to start back light, giving back squats a miss for the time being. Then I'll slowly start to reintroduce them using a high bar position. Hopefully this should work. Anyway, on to today's session. I'll be following the texas method.

    My shoulder is still crap 1yr later lol I pushed it too much and didn't let it recover. I dropped back my bench to 60kg and I've been increasing it 2.5kg every 3 weeks. Only up to 77.5kg now lol

    nooo the video was deleted lol. I'll never know what it was!

    Haha, well you're still doing better than me mate. I'm gonna be increasing 2.5kg every 2 weeks according to this program. On 60kg atm. So I should catch you up in a year or two lol.
