So, Thank you LH for the Montage.. Much appreciated..

Looking at the 2 comparisons, very little change there... Need to continue with my dedicated motivation and now am back going as regular as possible..

Still working on my 3 x 8 rep routine.. am making steady increases on weights..

Just a small tweak to the routine, I have swapped Lat Pull Downs for the T-Bar Row.
Trying to target a good PULL exercise for the back and reverse shoulder muscles..

Will photo update again probably around December..

    .
    One Month On
    31-10-2009
    Weight = 66.4KGs (10st 6lbs)
    Body Fat % = 16.6%

1lb gain in the month, but eating this week has been a little off!!
And Fat% up to 16.6% (but I felt the 13% last time was an unrealistic result - I believe water content and other attributes will always give a varying result on this)

    Current Lifts:

    Squat - 5 sets x 8 reps x 62.5 kgs - Almost 1x Body weight
Flat Bench - 3 x 8 x 40 kgs - Improving each session, but hold back a little due to no spotter!
Deadlift - 3 x 8 x 75 kgs - Really hammering form on this lately and feeling it working Hams more than I have ever felt before.
OH Press - 3 x 8 x 30 kgs - Shoulders I feel are my weak point, but still coming along.
    (all weights include 20kg Bar)

    EZ Bar Curls - 3 x 8/6/6 x 32.5 kgs (Inc. EZ-bar weight of 10kgs)

Dips - total 30 dips over 6 sets

Post note: Only 9 sessions achieved from 1st-31st Oct. (1 of those was a double session - Legs & Chest/Shoulders sessions done together on a Sunday)
Aim is for 3 sessions a week so 12 per month generally (should of achieved 14 in Oct!! So in theory I missed a weeks worth of training...

Novemeber is now a target month to ensure I hit every session possible!!

    Great session today...

Gonna call this a Personal Best as I don't think I've ever got this high on free weight Bench Press on my own before....

    Incline Bench - 45kgs (inc Bar) x 4 reps
un assisted for all 4 (but had a spotter there just incase)

    Woo Hoo....

Ok, not as impressive as some, but for me.. this is great progress..

I've never really done regular Barbell bench presses until this year ongoing.
(previously more used smithy, or dumbbells.)

And only been back full time training just over 3 months?

    ---------------------------------
Plus this was following a full Leg session on Squats!! (3 warm up sets + 5 sets x 8) plus calves..

    Full Incline Bench session was:
    Bar warm up x 8
    30kgs x 6
    35kgs x 4
    37.5kgs x 4
    40kgs x 4
    42.5 x 4
    45kgs x 4
