  1. Default 38 Year Old - Fresh Start...

    OK... So, I've just hit 38 and after 6 months of promising to get back on track.. I have finally decided it's time to sort my self out..

    My Stats Today:
    Weight - 10st 3lbs - 65.2kgs
    Height - 5'8"
    BMI - 21.8
    Body Fat - 17.7%
    Fat Mass - 11.5kg

    Here are some starting pics to monitor my progress as I go along..
    (excuse the poses, I'm no good at posing!! lol)

    This is going to be my temporary routine whilst I get back into regular gym going..

    Will follow this for 3-4 weeks before reviewing how progress is going and then probably switch to a strength rep range for 3-4 weeks then follow a 8-10 rep range for a further 3-4 weeks..
