probably all 3 Muse-San - the gallon makes about 2600kcal alone..then i usually have fruit, yoghurt, eggs, meat, cheese, potatoes etc etc...havent been eating many grains or processed carbs lately!

Rich does that actually work? Didnt think they were really useful for anyone under 30 . . might try some....when the pennies come rollin in again...already need a new judo suit and license this month so i cant get any bling

Ahhh yea- Coma-san that is loads of kcals. One of my mate drinks a whole can of coconut milk as part of his GOMAD I think. Thats nearly 1000kcals alone he says. he has about 5-6k kcals a day but he is still lean. He has the metabolism of a furnace!

Same i heard tribs doesnt too much for younger people too. I have tried it 3-4times and I didn't seem to notice much? Personally I think theres better supps to buy at the same price or saving your pennies for other stuff.

haha, i get the chocolate or banana flavours as well! The chocolate i feel is the most anabolic :|

I think im gonna try some exceed for my next suppexperiment. I dont like the idea of pulse cause i dont react well to stims (paranoia, anxiety). I actually have some citrine malate based stuff in the house so might try it...ended up buying it in some small shop in Glasgow when i was wandering around one day.

eating right, getting enough good quality sleep and reducing as much stress as possible can ramp up test levels.

i mix in zoned, some beta alanine and cit mal for my pre workout drink. i find it helps me keep focus for trad.
