Willo, you are perhaps my favourite scrum half ever.
Triceps were only a quick workout on monday, I ran through that in about 5 minutes max. I will be including some double arm extensions next monday, but another good exercise would be welcome aswell. Once the knee is 100% again I'll be switching to a more explosive power based workout. I am nowhere near as fit or strong as I was when I last played. On the plus side I don't think I have had concussion lately![]()
