I know I know, ideally I want to make my own, but at the moment my budget is very tight. Nuts are a bit on the expensive side. Olive oil I already take in butter too. Appreciate the advice though, I do like to keep sources relatively natural.. Oh another good way to add cals ground almonds, make pancakes and muffins out of them very nice!

Yeh, i've been doing it for a few weeks now and have noticed a difference, keeping tempo at around 3040 (3sec positive, 0 rest, 4sec negative, 0 rest)
Applied it to shoulders press, bench press, squats and deadlifts.
Give it a go, see if you notice any gains... and form is vital!!!

As of today I think I'm going to add some cardio on my off days. Just 30 or so mins on the stationery bike, quite light just to burn some extra cals. It'd be easier to eat less, but at the mo I'm trying to keep cals consistent on off and on days also I'm enjoying eating way too much, spent 8 months undereating now I want to spend some time over eating!... So hopefully with the constant higher intake with some cardio and the weights might get a better distribution of energy... Who knows.
Weight this morning - 145.6 so that's up.. Although that's after eating and not going for a num2so not sure if that will have added much? At the start I was around 140-142 so not too bad. Don't want too quick of an increase.
Gonna post up my routine later. Added in some eccentric movements this Friday gone, will maybe do some on my leg day too, don't want to do it too much... Still toying with the idea of creatine. Just don't reallyknow if I need it. I got some last year and don't recall anything coming of it, so maybe just not bothering would be best.
