    Its mostly nasty processed vegetable oil though. I wouldnt touch it with a barge pole. Better adding some decent EVO oil, coconut oil, butter, and a moderate portion of fresh raw nuts each day.

    Yeah I get your updates in my email, forgot to read the latest ones though... Why not cut for a month or so then bulk up again, body might have adapted? You'll look pretty impressive when you do finally decide to cut properly!

    I know I know, ideally I want to make my own, but at the moment my budget is very tight. Nuts are a bit on the expensive side. Olive oil I already take in butter too. Appreciate the advice though, I do like to keep sources relatively natural.. Oh another good way to add cals ground almonds, make pancakes and muffins out of them very nice!

    Cheers man, yeah it does cost, and when money's on the tight side it's hard to keep on form! Just had a read on eccentric training. Sounds good. How do you usually implement it? I gathered you should pick on excercise and apply it to that??

    Yeh, i've been doing it for a few weeks now and have noticed a difference, keeping tempo at around 3040 (3sec positive, 0 rest, 4sec negative, 0 rest)
    Applied it to shoulders press, bench press, squats and deadlifts.

    Give it a go, see if you notice any gains... and form is vital!!!

    8/9 now or before? I imagine 10+ now.. You reckon more cals on top of 2800 ish? Apettite is huge at the mo! Can't stop eating cheese.
