    Well done Ryan.

    My time was 3:55, although my training consisted of 1 x 18 mile run. I am now almost unable to walk due to insanely sore knees however so I certainley do not recommend anyone running the marathon without prior training, it's stupid.

    Cheers guys! Good work on finishing Energy - that is a good time considering your training as well. I am only slightly more achy than after my training runs thankfully.
