    thought i'd make myself a journal just so i can loook back in the future and see how im improving.


    Today November 4th

    18 years old, Nearly 19
    6.2ft
    16Stone(hydrated) (15.9stone Dehydrated), 101kgs
    BMI 29.4 i think :S
    Body fat 15.5%


    Supplements:
    Thermopure, Creatine Ester, Impact & Isolate Whey, Horny Goats weed and BCAA's.


    General Diet:
    aim for 210grams protein a day
    Protein such as,
    Lamb, Chicken, Tuna, Beef, Eggs
    olive oil use quite alot in my cooking
    Lots of milk Semi skimmed or skimmed, (althought recently concerned with the amount of sugar in it)

    Carbs,: Oats, Wholemeal bread (often) Brown pasta (every so often)

    Fruit n Veg, Banana's, Peas Varies dont get 5 a day though.


    Bads:
    Drink too much Pepsi Max trying to ween myself off it.

    Training: 4-5 times a week Compound training 3 of those days i would say due to recovery times. Sometime i train twice a day, for instance today i did tri ceps a little and legs, then tonight i repeated at a different better gym higher intensity.
