Current: Bench 110kg, Squat 120kg, Deadlift 205kg Total: 435kg + OHP 70kg, Push 90kg
That 185kg x 1, Bokers. I wouldn't advise. One reppers like that are the ones that drain you in the short term and stall you in the long term. I woulda done another 170 set or have left the deads there at 5 quality sets, saving the energy for next time. Looks good apart from that one rep!![]()
