    Hi Everyone And Welcome To My First Journal.

    Goal

    To Bulk Until About February / March 2010 And Add Some Mass.

    Stats

    I Am Currently About 13 Stone (Exact Weight To Be Added When I Get To Some Scales. I Have A Low Ish BF %.

    Diet

    I'm Not Gonna List Every Meal Down Here Because I KNOW They Won't Be The Same Every Day. However I'l Be Eating Every 2-3 Hours From About 7 Am Until About 11 Pm. My Diet Will Consist Of Lean Protein Sources And Good Levels Of Healthy Fats - I Will Eat High Carbs Until After I Have Had My PWO Shake And I Will Lower Them Slightly After That.

    I Will Have No Cheat Days For The First Week However After That I Will Have One Cheat Meal Per Week.

    Supplements

    Whey Protein
    Creatine Monohydrate
    L Glutamine
    BCAA's
    Multi Vitamins
    Omega 3
    Test Boosters (For First 4 Weeks Or So As I Have Some Left)

    Training

    I Am Going To Do 3 Full Body Workouts A Week And 2 Cardio Sessions To Minimise Fat Gain (The BCAA's Will Help Prevent Muscle From Burning). I Will Train Like So...

    Monday - Weights
    Tuesday - Cardio
    Wednesday - Weights
    Thursday - Cardio
    Friday - Weights
    Saturday - Rest
    Sunday - Rest

    The Scheduling May Not Suit All However Other Commitments Ensure That This Is Currently My Only Option.

    DAY 1 MONDAY 23RD NOVEMBER


    Couldn't get to the gym today which isnt the best start however i done a full body session in my garage with some 30KG Dumbells - I didnt really write anything down properly but that will change when i hit the gym on Wednesday.

    Diet was squeaky clean

    DAY 2 TUESDAY 24TH NOVEMBER

    Diet was again clean today - had some lovely chicken and smokey bacon wraps for my dinner mmmm

    Just had thew dog out for a 3 mile or so run and had some beef and chicken stir fry good times
