I realise that the numbers I am moving do not seem much at all but my 1RM is always miles ahead of any numbers I move for anymore then 1 and im also not using any ergogenic aids (music, smelling salts, exterior motivation etc) so that when it gets to the comp when I have them all I get the maximum out of them..![]()
