    Hi mate, nice lifts for an unequipped T3. What comps are you planning on doing next year? You say you're going to go for GBPF and BDFPA British and worlds? Thats a lot of comps!!

    Im planning on BDFPA brits, GBPF Regional (to go for the lift records... somewhere arround the middle between brits and worlds) and WDFPA Worlds

    Any reason you chose that over the GBPF? You will find much greater depth of competition in GBPF, aswell as more recognition if you win the titles.

    I remember there was a 18 year old at the All England open unequipped, he went 140 132.5 185.

    You also have Ben Buckwith with 175 120 200 in the 82.5kg unequipped.

    Thomas Hough 117.5 90 200 (weighed in at 75.6 so went up a class)

    That was at divisionals, I'm just looking for last years British unequipped championships now.

    I havent got a clue mate. I joined them because it was the first one I found haha. I suppose it makes sense though! Do you know off the top of your head who the GBPF goes through for the worlds?

    The IPF.

    GBPF are the main single ply/raw powerlifting fed in the UK and IPF the biggest in the World. The BDFPA is a much smaller fed.

    Matthew MOORE 18 T3 78 162.5 102.5 200
    Daniel LE CRAS 18 T3 78.4 140 95 190

    Those are the 2 who competed in the BDFPA British unequipped Teen category.

    Amble, Newcastle.. Not far away from parkhead and wansbeck powersports so Im gonna start going along there. they are an official GBPF gym with plenty powerlifters
