    Ok so Im making a new journal for 2010 but im training for the British from now so I thought I might aswell just start it today.

    Weighing 80.7kg at my first meet (after dropping 5.2kg in bodyweight) I lifted:

    Squat - 170 - 10kg PB and very easy.
    Bench - 100 - Need to work on my commands such as "start", "press" and "rack" and keeping my head down on the bench!
    Deadlift - 200kg - 20kg PB and again relatively easy.

    Goals for the Brits on easter weekend are:

    SQ - 185
    Bench - 120
    Deadlift - 215
    In the T3 82.5kg U/E category.

    lat pulldown -
    2x15

    styrup pushdowns -
    2x20

    Done.

    Notes: Feeling fine but a little stiff so naturally I kept the bars weightless and just went through full rom. will do the same again on thursday or friday when Im working before next week

    some of my goals include (whilst im in the t3 category so this is 1 years worth of goals):

    beating the GBPF 82.5kg bw squat of 180 and deadlift of 210 unequipped and the total..

    beat the bdfpa 570kg total all time 82s record

    1st in british and 1st in worlds...

    Its not a permanent change as non of the biggest deadlifts in the world have been sumo however im pretending its my main exercise to train my hips for more explosive power off the floor with my conventional deadlift. if things go to plan I will squeeze out a 215 deadlift by brits
