    Wanted to work on deadlift form today, as I haven't been doing much lately, so am happy to get my heaviest pull for a while. Also I am pretty sure that is a 20 rep squat PB to any depth!

    Thanks, strength has been going up fast, but mainly because I have been gaining weight I think. I am up to 76.3kg today

    Just realised quite how long it has been since I had last been in the gym!
    Have had a lot going on the past couple of weeks, and it was becoming hard and unenjoyable to try to fit gym time in, so decided just to take a break. Will see how things go from now on, I am not going to beat myself up if I don't go that regularly, but lectures finish for me this week so should have more time and am looking forward to getting back to adding mass before a megacut!
    Session was not too hard, though my legs hurt now, as I didn't wan't to push it too far.
