Hey Guys. . .

Pre-Season starts for Rugby League in a couple of weeks. . . . We're doing a 6 Week block of British Military Fitness to get us upto what our coaches think is the right level and then we'll be maintaining it from there on. . . . I'm a little wary that we will all be fit in 6 weeks but all i can do is wait and see. . . .I will also be training in my own time with our conditioning coach for added sessions. . . .

This is where im at now. . . .No training what so ever for about 3 months. . . . No diet i eat what i want when i want. . . . I play rugby union but dont train due to working nights. . . . but now im working 6am till 2pm so im free to train from now on in the afternoons.

I'm not looking to get a certain look but i'm sure with some serious lifestyle changes. . . . decent training and so on i'll see some good changes. . . . My main aim is to get fitter and have a good season

I'll post training plans. . . Photos and so on in a day or so. . .
