Didnt really feel upto the gym today as I woke up late and was out of schedual, but went anyway ofcourse.

God knows what happened here, my illness hasnt shown untill here, where ive lost a good 5 reps on 92.5, next sesh will more than make up for this, seriously dissapointed. My transition to paelo eating no doubt has some effect as well.
