Going to start eating carbs daily as per Monday (tomorrow if you count my carb up!), only a small amount (120g), however this is enough to feed my body for adequate glycogen feeding whilst undertaking exercise. Hopefully this will allow me to continue with increasing the weights as per my predicted routine calculations.
As a side note, saw the Hoosiers last night at Essex uni, they only played for 40 minutes, I am p*ssed off! Just thought you might want to know, plus, somewhere I can rant! *Grumble*

Yeah man, for what I measured the other week (at the end of the last cycle) gains are incredible, never seen anything like this (apart from newbie gains, that is).
Strength gains are amazing too! When you coming onboard with HST then :P

Hmmm your results are tempting me a lot, i have a feeling once i get to 2xBW squat for 5x5
2xBW DL for 1x5
1xBW Bench for 5x5 - Done as of today (=
So 2/3 weeks?
Or i might give Cheefs routine he posted up for me a go
Depends, are you aiming for strength gains primarily or lean muscular gains? HST does both :P

I'd give it a month or so of getting used to the lifts you going to do first MH otherwise youll set your rep maxes but then blow them out the water once your body gets used to the lifts. IIRC sl5x5 was your intro to this lifting lark so you wont have done half the lifts you'll do on HST.
Try cheefs routine for 5-6 weeks with throwing in 1 or two of the new lifts at the end of each sesh to get used to them, then try for your rep maxes over the course of a couple of week then your ready to hit HST in the new year.
