    My training is 5/3/1, you know I think of this program.

    I have a question about competition in powerlifting, which takes place and looks like the first strart.

    if i get your question, it usually goes squat, bench then deadlift I thik
    PB's as of 2010: Deads 220kg, Squat 200kg(190 currently) , Bench 115kg,
    2012 Targets: Deads 250kg, Squats 230kg, Bench 130kg.
