Hey everyone

I'm a new member and wanted to keep a training log just to track my own progression, any comments or followings are appreciated but this is mainly to get myself motivated. I know my lifts are appalling by most of your standards but I'm aiming to shorten that gap a bit. My aims are to boost my overall strength (particularly shoulders) in order to learn partner stunting.

Bicep and Tricep work.

Good first session after a bit of a break due to uni work. surprised how much better my bench has gotten since i last did it, will try with a spotter next time for a 1rm. very happy with OHP since 2 months ago, really gonna push for it next week
