    Day 15 & 16: Feeling good, I'm past the halfway point and have started getting my half hour walks in again. My meal on Saturday was epic, chicken fajitas with wholemeal wraps. I might have overdone it on the portion size but didn't go ridiculous so it shouldn't matter too much. Been hitting the same poundages on my workouts and managed to increase my BOR today so pretty pleased that I'm holding my strength.

    Day 17 & 18: Had a power nap during the day yesterday and slept pretty crap as a result, and was absolutely starving this morning too. I've been so close to cheating today because of stress related to my exams etc. but I took a while to work out and have some Recovery XS which sorted me out. Only about 3 more days till my meal...I'm looking forward to it like you wouldn't believe.

    It makes it worth all that hardship and struggling when you finally have the meal, then you feel crappy after and realise that it's not all that great
