The routine I've been following for the past 4 months is as follows:

lower back work
grip work
lately been doing strongman yoke and farmers walk
Wednesday - all upper assistance

db press(chest) or one armed oh press
rear delts machine
face pulls
side raises
lats ( rows normally)
tris
Friday
Heavy squats (raw)
heavy deads (raw) Cycling off the floor 3 weeks, partials from shin, silver dolla
Sunday

However I am now starting my build up for the British Championships. So I have modified it slightely as I cannot squat heavy and bench heavy in 3 days due to tendonitis.

Thanks bro,
Well I for sure want a 300 deadlift and if I use my double katana I will HAVE to open higher than 280. I would be VERY happy with say 330/280/300 but it all depends on getting a weight down in this damn shirt! If I can't then I will use single ply shirt and maybe aim for around 260.
body weight around high 80s, maybe even 90kg.
thought as much, the old name will still be usable, will just need a new email addy sticking on it then waiting a few days for MP Admin to come along.
Or is this a new start lol
