The routine I've been following for the past 4 months is as follows:

    Monday -all lower assistance
    front squats
    glute hams
    ham curls
    leg press
    leg extensions
    calves
    core work
    lower back work
    grip work
lately been doing strongman yoke and farmers walk

    Wednesday - all upper assistance
    raw bench/cgbp with chains (light-ish)
db press(chest) or one armed oh press
    rear delts machine
    face pulls
    side raises
    lats ( rows normally)
    tris

    Friday
    Heavy squats (raw)
heavy deads (raw) Cycling off the floor 3 weeks, partials from shin, silver dolla

    Sunday
    Shirted bench

However I am now starting my build up for the British Championships. So I have modified it slightely as I cannot squat heavy and bench heavy in 3 days due to tendonitis.

    So...

    Monday will be the same

    Wednesday
squats in suit (With Lee Marshall)
db press / one armed oh press
    rears,sides
    triceps

    Friday
    Deadlifts (rotating the 3 still)
    upper back
    traps

    Sunday
    shirted bench

    Thanks bro,
Well I for sure want a 300 deadlift and if I use my double katana I will HAVE to open higher than 280. I would be VERY happy with say 330/280/300 but it all depends on getting a weight down in this damn shirt! If I can't then I will use single ply shirt and maybe aim for around 260.
