    Thanks dude, things definitely improving, avoiding the scales though - 95kg last I looked..

    Finished off with some rope pushdowns and cross bod extensions for tris.

    Going way more by session feel than number chasing now, although making sure the weights go up each session until I don't hit 5+ on the first set. Reckon will help out my main barrier = CONSISTENCY!
