Long overdue, but thought I'd make a post to let you know how its going. I've been back at uni for 6 weeks or so now, been hitting pretty consistent routine and its been going good.
Lifts are going pretty good, these are my working weights:
Deadlift: 1x5x 180KG
Squat: 3x5x 135KG
Bench: 3x5x 77.5KG
OHP: 3x5x 50KG
Rows: 3x5x 85KG
So compared with my goals I'm more than on track, beat my goal for Rows already, deads are pretty strong at 180, going for 185 and maybe 190 this week. Squats are getting tough at 135, but with some persistence I think they'll keep heading up. OHP and Bench are still busting my balls, but I am making progress so I won't complain yet.
As for my weight, I've been sitting comfortably at 22st, whilst eating like a horse and making gains. So I'm ok with that currently. What I've been doing which has been working out great is a mixture of intermittent fasting and carb backloading. Basically works out that I fast in the day until I take my pre workout shake at 6pm or later, then PWO get in PWO shake, then eat a big meal. If you're interested in it, the article was on elitefts I think.
Anyway, I'm going to continue like this for the rest of November, and I'm then going to hit another phase of RFL for a couple weeks whilst I try maintain my lifts. I'll then return to my current routine to push on with the lifting.
