    I thought I would start to post the last 6 weeks of my Madcow training before I attempt a HST program so that people can get an idea of my lifts before I ask for help on the HST program design.

    Current Stats
    Height 5"8
    Weight 70kg
    BF% 14%ish

    PBs
    Squats 113.5kg
    Deadlifts 123.5kg
    Bench Press 75kg
    Inc Bench Press 61kg
    BOR 65kg

    Current Lifts
    Squats 102kg
    Deadlifts 115kg
    Bench Press 75kg
    Inc Bench Press 61kg
    BOR 65kg

    Since my move to México and the lack of training for about 2 months, my squats and DL have decreased a bit. DL was my choice as I thought my technique needed improving but I was really struggling with squats so had to drop the weight back.

    The reason that the numbers are not round is that we use lbs here so I just converted and rounded.

    Pounds must be fun it makes you look like your lifting more than you are. Did you say your on madcow atm or is this hst ? Slight mistype you put Tuesday 25th when you ment Wednesday
