I'm having a break from comps for a while now I think. I want to get to a solid 105 before I compete again.

Dave was head ref at the varsity comp we held a couple of weeks back, didn't realise he was still lifting!

I'm pretty flexible when it comes to when I can train, at the moment it's mon, wed, fri and a recovery day thrown in there somewhere. It would be great to train with you, I'll pop along to greens and have a look around tomorrow evening. Don't know if i'll be able to give up the deadlifting platform at pro-am, I do love that platform

Nice one, just ask for me at reception when you come in. The receptionist will probably give you some sexy wlcome to the club form to fill out but just say nicely you're a mate and dont need one

Another good DE bench workout today.

    DE bench
    Bar x12
vs doubled red band (5-10kg stronger band than last week)
    bar x8
    60 x5
    80 x1
    100 x1
    105 (8 doubles)
Good, a bit of progression from last week.

    Flat back pinkies on rings
    60 x8
    80 x8
    100 x8
    105 x8
110 x7 =last week, can't complain as I'm pretty sure I've dropped another kilo or so. I'll weigh in tomorrow morning and hopefully be under 100kg

Pinch pickups (first time in a while)
    28 xwarmup
    48 x8
    68 x5
    78 xf??
    68 x5
    78 x2
    78 x2
    78 x2
    68 x6
I think my block is getting slippier somehow. It doesnt feel as grippy as it used to.

Flat back ultra wide bench (4sec negs)
    60 x8 (3 sets)

    Reverse grip pulldown
    50 x12
    60 x12
    70 x12
    75 x10
    Solid.

Happy with that workout. IThink I'm gonna stop dieting soon. Far too close to having visible abs!
