    Deadlifts - 132.5kg x 6, 120kg x 7, 107.5kg x 8 - these felt great, no back problems
    Chindowns - 90 x 8, 85 x 8, 80 x 8
    Cable Rows - (70 x 6) x 3
    Close Grip Chinups - 5kg x 6, 5kg x 6, 5kg x 6
    Rotator cuff work

Total workout time 40mins. Don't know why my leg/chest session takes so much longer, same number of sets and same rests, weird

Weight: 84.8kg - big drop today for some reason, cool

    Macros for the day (P/F/C): 163/164/16 - 2199 cals

Discovered a new breakfast to take to work. Layer of cheese, tin of tuna, another layer of cheese, microwave for 90 seconds. Delicious.
    Meh!

    Squat - 115kg x 9, 105kg x 10, 95kg x 11 - way too easy, felt good tonight

    Bench - 85kg x 3, 80kg x 4, 75kg x 6 - bleh, not so good, 2.5kg increase and lost 2 reps

    Stiff Legged Deadlifts - (95kg x 6) x 3

BB Shoulder Press - (50kg x 6) - switched to BB for the smaller available weight increases, bit too light but wasn't sure where to start while I practised mounting/dismounting from the rack

    Close Grip Bench - 67.5kg x 6, 67.5kg x 5, 62.5 x 5

    Session time: 50 mins

Weight: 84.3kg - another nice drop ready for carb-up tomorrow

    Macros for the day (P/F/C): 161/162/25 - 2198 cals

Now I'm down to one day of carbing up a week, my tolerance for crap seems to be going down. Had a big pizza and felt gassy and horrible all night. Will try and clean things up a bit next week.

    Today:

    Macros for the day (P/F/C): 155/116/36 - 1810 cals

    Weight: 85.9kg
