Seated Leg Extension - 290 x 10, 290 x 10, 250 x 8 - felt a weird twinge in my calf on the last two reps, feels fine now
Seated Calf Raise - 70kg x 7, 65kg x 8, 60kg x 9 - dropped weight so I can slow right down and stop bouncing at the bottom
BB Shoulder Press - 67.5kg x 4, 65kg x 5, 62.5kg x 6
Decline Tricep Extensions - 52.5kg x 7, 50kg x 6, 47.5kg x 9
Started a short course of antibiotics on Mon for an infection in my finger, and weight has barely changed ever since. Wonder if they can cause water retention?
Busy next Wed night so will drop training down to just 2 days next week. Will mean a bigger deficit for the week.
Need to make an order for more fish oil, so might get some ZMA at the same time since I'm low cal at the minute. Always hear good things about it, but seem to remember it giving me diarrhea last time.
